Right now, the looming questions are all about Patrick’s ankle, so all we can really do is wait. As the song says…
OK, not final, final, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves. One game at a time, trust the men, trust the process. That doesn’t guarantee a win, but it’s fairly effective at helping reduce anxiety, and nothing else we do can change how it goes from here. That’s OK, leaves us plenty of things to talk about, when we’re not invested in worrying.

I may not finish this tonight, but it’s a lot of fun, and if you aren’t wary, you might learn something. My understanding is that lawyers love Vinny, and will add that’s for much the same reasons that military members love Stripes. Both feature a premise in the can’t-happen zone, but underlying the blatant satire, they also have a lot of fun with the incredible absurdities of the professions. They work because they get so many things right, even while exaggerating them.
