Post-game, pre-Afternight thread can be found where I left it. I’m gonna go suck down toxic gases, but the kind I’ll walk back in from.

Great win! Will they finally get their rightful place as no. 2 in the power ranking?

Nope. Wanting them to lose is what you should feel. Maybe even an intense hatred

I should clarify. I want KANSAS to lose. I hate that school’s sense of entitlement and how arrogant people associated with the school tend to be.

No kidding, and a nifty run to close out the quarter, too.

Cheering for the Tigers against kansas again. Feels like old times.

Random observation: Just struck me that from the way he carries himself, SA’s HC wouldn’t look out of place in a Lt. Col.’s field uniform, say maybe supervising troops building a field fortification in a “warm” zone of some conflict.

This march madness has been super boring.
But at least Kevin Hart is still a gem.

i keep seeing edge everywhere but drafting at 29 theres a reason a guy that is supposed to have elite pass rush skills is still there. Late 1st round guys at premium positioons are always a reach. this is a place to get a good interior OL guy, we need guard and center

I’d rather get a risky edge rusher than a decent OL

if you can get this guy in the second he is a absolute bargain. This guy could touch the ball first for Mahomes for a decade or more

Erik McCoy is a plug and play starter at the NFL level. McCoy brings fabulous functional strength, lateral mobility and tenacity to the offensive interior. A feasible option to play at either Center or Guard, McCoy has a stocky build but plenty of power to go with it. McCoy is a fairly easy projection and would be a terrific fit in just about any offensive system in the league, he’s not just high floor but also high ceiling thanks to his functional athleticism and football smarts.

You just don’t see centers going early in the draft, they might be rarer than a RB.
And I’ve been a fairly big fan of Eriks

i think he is a day 1 starter at a PON. If we want a edge they are out there, but we need to trade up to get one. Pass rushers are like QBs. If they aint gone in the first 15 picks they are extremely likely to be busts

Think so? We haven’t taken a pass rusher that high in some time, and we’ve had a few good ones

yes we have. but they werent 1st rounders. Houston woulda been a 1st but he smoked weed too close to the combine and got popped so we got a steal in the 3rd with him. elite positons go early in the round. its the less glam positions that you get real value when, really, drafting at 29 its pretty much the second round by that point

He went 33 in the one I mentioned. I don’t know much about him and I’d imagine I am less worried about edge than most, but the safeties, corners, offensive skill players, and IOL that I had heard of were gone

and exactly what can singletary teach you about playing QB? literally not one QB has had anything resembling success with him coaching them
