It was a lot more peaceful that the BLM protests where the reporters would stand in front of burning cars, police stations, and court houses and say it was a peaceful protest. They had one of those “peaceful” protests in our area as well.. broke out the windows in the downtown area, looted the stores… yeh, real peaceful. There’s more proof of Biden taking payoffs from foreign countries than there is that Trump organized the insurrection, but lets not let reality get in the way. I was feeling a little burnt out today, so I decided to take a day off from knocking on doors.
Instead I’ve been working on preparing some answers for when we do our candidate panel discussion. In the previous ones they typically have candidates give an intro, then ask questions, then the candidates do an outro, with each response being 2 minutes.
I prepared my intro, and now I’m preparing my outro. Right now I’m going pretty hard against the incumbent. I might change it later to be a bit nicer, but it’s an election and I’m in an aggressive mood right now.

When it comes to antagonistic competitions like this I think it works really well to be damning with faint praise. People are skeptical when you say something negative about them because of course you’re biased, but if you say something seemingly positive it gives you credibility.
