” To stem the boredom of being stuck inside the house this summer, I took up photoshop/graphic art. After much positive support upon releasing my work on here, I’ve decided to post each new piece as an AG article. I hope you all enjoy!”
So at first I was down on the Chiefs taking a running back in the first round. I then proceeded to watch Clyde Edwards-Helaire’s tape over the summer, and hot damn was it good.
I seriously haven’t gushed over college film like that since Mahomes at Texas Tech. It was that good (Well, maybe not as good as Mahomes’, but close.) I knew I had to turn his first big moment into a comic book cover.
It was painful to wait all off-season to do it, but turns out I didn’t have to wait very long into the season for that big moment to come.
So to honor that amazing week 1 performance by the Chief’s newest super-weapon, I decided to take inspiration from the first appearance of another super-weapon. Based on “Tales of Suspense” #39
Here’s “I am Edwards-Helaire”:
Who or what is next? Who? Who?! WHO?!?
