hate corndogs … worked at a Wienerschnitzel in Columbia, MO (coupla yrs, my secong stint at flunking out of college) and got pretty fed up with hotdogs in general, corndogs especially
that said, I love Kent Rollins ((HawaiiFoveOh is right: he IS a National Treasure) … my roomie watched so many of his shows a few months ago that I bought him a Cowboy Cookbook (need to get him a decent Dutch Oven someday, I reckon) … he hasn’t opened it, someday I’m a gonna learn him to read 😉

If they put Curtis Martin in the HoF, then Rivers belongs in. That set the precedent for “If you’re good but never great for a long period of time, then you deserve to be in”
You dont fix a mistake by doubling down. Martin doesnt belong and neither does Rivers, nor in my opinion Old Man Gore but he gets there with the Martin excuse
I agree. Gore belongs nowhere near it. But that’s clearly the standard they have set.

Not exactly. First, he doesn’t agree with changing the end zone rules because the end zone is the goal. Every end zone rule is consistent with itself.
Second, he also doesn’t think the Chiefs get enough credit for how physical they can be. They’re flashy and have an aerial attack that overshadows the grit they show. The defense is tasked with stopping Derrick Henry. They shut him down. They’re tasked with stopping the Ravens rushing attack. They get shut down. The offense ran a murderous gauntlet of defenses with the Bucs, Dolphins, and Saints, and they still scored in bunches. They’re tasked with stopping the Brown’s rushing tandem. They’re held to 120 yards total. The defense isn’t perfect by any means but they don’t let any of the bullies of the NFL try to push them around.
I was more worried about the browns for some dumb reason. Patrick will play and the chiefs will be headed to another super bowl..

Funny that people question Green Bay’s toughness on the regular. When those questions sometimes get raised about the Chiefs they remind you that they are Muhammed Ali with the Rope-a-dope.

Shared a video by a Scotsman who’s part re-enactor and part bushcraft camper that featured a wooden spoon that I presume he carved himself. It’s not that sort of how-to, but seeing it might give you some ideas. Besides, his period camping kit’s pretty slick, as well.
