This is mostly shilling for a charity, but there is science, and more importantly provides an instance of how the sensationalist news media (aka very nearly all of them) misleads folks into a panic, with very real consequences. Remember that light and heat are part of the same spectrum, and that UV is too, but nothing like either. Good grief, everyone still freaks out about Three Mile Island, and that was nothing compared to Chernobyl. Chernobyl’s an extreme outlier, not evidence that fission energy’s too dangerous to even think about using. Everything is dangerous, people, there is no bright line there, but danger needs to be evaluated rationally, using facts. Using emotions and narratives can’t compare, but that’s what all media can feed you.
Of course, some of the worst offenders of that last here will either get angry, or convince themselves that they aren’t like that, they know the facts…from news and what they hear from those they like. If you can call them facts, which I don’t. Get my point?

Watching the Hogs. #9, true freshman TE Luke Hasz is living up to his recruiting hype so far. Veach needs to be angling to find a way to draft this kid. He could easily be Kelce’s replacement, and he 100% looks the part. As we saw against the Lions, TE is a crucial piece of this offense and Kelce aint gonna live forever

he looks the part right out of gate. Running great routes, QB just threw a bad pick in his direction, but he has been impressive. Top 100 in his recruiting class which is really impressive for a TE. He has pro written all over him. We stole him from the Sooners. 6’3″ 240, perfect NFL TE size, he has the get off, how does he do against SEC competition will be the test. But if he looks like he looks in this game, hes a legit prospect

I was an hour away in Westcliffe, CO at a blues fest, fundraiser for American Legion Post 170 in Custer County … got to see some old friends, made couple new ones, MC for the event, hadda blast … same thing tomorrow 3 bands instead of 4 … including Chris Duarte (look him up)
