Of all people to completely overlook a prime innuendo, “Me Time” Mondays was ripe for the picking. So back to “Man Time” it is. Obviously this has nothing to do with being exclusive to men, it just happens to be phonetically pleasing. If anyone is offended, please remember the URL you typed to get here.
AG Needs You!
Look, there’s only so many things I can write about that I used to enjoy doing before this website. I’m guessing our readership has some amazingly interesting hobbies that fellow members would enjoy hearing about. If you have an interesting hobby let me know, we want to share your story.
Welcome back to the 2020 series of Man Time Monday, where we all go back to work and reminiscing about the weekend that just was. We’ll see how the series does this year, as my weekends have been a whole lot busier lately, so scroll back up to the previous paragraph and if you have an interesting weekend to share, hit me up with some tweets to use from time to time.
Why You So Busy, Tony?
Hey, pissing people off just doesn’t come easy to everyone, you know? It takes a lot of time, commitment, hard work and effort. Or…just one tweet.
The No Fun Police would like everyone to know that you MUST wear a mask in public, no matter what, and convince everyone else that its perfectly comfortable.
Except I’m hear to tell you I’m still not wearing one unless I have to. Now before you get all pissed off that I might kill your grandma, also know that I’m not attending raves and grinding on copious amounts of strangers. I work by myself and don’t really get involved with social gatherings anyhow. When I go to the store I abide by social distancing practices and all that good stuff. But sorry, not sorry, I ain’t wearing no dang mask unless I’m required to. For the record, I have one handy for the handful of places that require them and I do follow the rules.
You may now proceed to get mad and yell at me about killing your grandma.
Father’s Day Surprise
My Father’s Day gift was a few days late thanks to some lackluster shipping methods, but it was well worth the wait.
For those not familiar with these books, and too damn lazy to Google them, the pages are full of random challenges for either a family or couple, depending on the book of course. But the fun part is you can’t see the challenge, its a scratch off block like a scratcher lotto ticket. There’s clues about it to let you know if you’ll need supplies, how much it will cost, and whether you need to leave or if you can stay home. Once you’ve completed the adventure there’s a spot to glue in a picture of it and a few lines for you to write about the experience.
I’ve personally never seen these before but I am beyond excited to dive into them. They seem like the perfect gift for the home-body like me to break out of his shell and try something new from time to time.
