Surprise, surprise, something else that I shouldn’t mention on this site. Censorship’s useful, innit?
OK, nobody objects to restoring antique toys, but under the “nobody needs” doctrine, it’s an activity that can be banned. That’s how the judiciary works, you know. Establish that “nobody needs” is sufficient to ban something, and the precedent’s established – so it WILL creep into other areas. Besides, even when applied simply to guns, it’s as ignorant as any other blanket statement. There are plenty of folks who literally need firearms, so there you have it.
With that, time’s yours.
