Welcome To Game Day: NFL Sunday Open Thread
9 repliesHello Arrowhead Guys!
Happy Sunday, after a long bye week, the Kansas City Chiefs will be back today facing the Los Angeles Chargers at Arrowhead Stadium.
First, we will have to get through the noon games. Here is the slate for Sunday in the NFL:

Not afan of that roughing call, but I have to hold still for it. Helmets touched, JH10’s rocked back, which is a key they look for. The INT wiped it out, though!
Hope Kelce’s OK, looked like it might be a high ankle. Regardless, I hope he’s used sparingly today, unless something weird happens.
3rd play, does Walker dragging one of them until second contact count as a broken tackle?
It’s kinda weird after a week of no KC football to get back to it. Despite some fearing a trap game, I do hope it’s a great game that allows us to not have to run Walker 22 times (since 13 games in a row is going to be a long grind…no point in wearing him out), and Mahomes can find a groove with the WRs he has to work with, and we win comfortably (never taken for granted). I hope Herbert is still struggling and willing to throw some INTs. He has 5 TDs and 7 INTs so far this season. I like it.
I’m not seeing any other games that seem all that interesting this weekend. The Texans/Jags game was probably the most exciting game to watch. I didn’t see it. I’m looking forward to seeing KC today. Hope it’s a blowout. We could use one.
The Steelers look bad.
They annoyingly got better…
I have no problems whatsoever with the Jags losing to the Texans. AFC contenders losing is obviously good for us.
All of that Marvin Harrison noise. He had 34 yards… But they did win (the Texans).
I agree Jags losing is good. I think we’d all love to see the Chiefs get home field advantage, but they need to start with a win today.
