Their dline is good but they don’t have anybody on the same level as Chris Jones. They rush 5 a lot. They stunt a lot on the line.
Really it comes down to Wiley and Orlando. Can they handle sweat and reddick? This game is worth 10s of millions of dollars for Orlando. It’s the difference between him getting 80 million guaranteed versus 30 million guaranteed.

Uh, the spending is in the trillions. how many trillionaires are running around? like I said, it sounds good, but its a drop the bucket. the real bucket is the middle class, cause that’s where all the money is. Also, the billionaires are the ones that employ the others. If you cut too deep, they aren’t going to lose their money, so they start laying people off. you see that happening now in the tech world.
Billionaires have doubled have almost tripled last 20 yrs. They pay migrant workers to cut the lawn.

That wasn’t the question. the question was could they fund the government. the answer is no. if you cut the spending you have a chance,but you can’t keep spending like crazy and think the ultra rich can fund it. there aren’t enough.

taxing the rich to cover everything is a myth. you can take all their money and not even come close to balancing the budget. Actually I’m wrong – when you get down to taking all the money from someone making 60,000 a year, you might have a chance. forget the rhetoric – just do some math. don’t let the politicians think for you.
no one’s saying it will cover everything…why should a nurse/teacher/grocery clerk pay 15% when wealthy pay 0-5%.

Actually, I’m all for a straight tax – like a sales tax. That means every dime a rich person spends is taxed the same as anyone. illlegal immigrants – same. tourists – same. the only problem is that it would wipe out a whole industry of accountants and tax lawyers, so it would never pass. to me, that’s the fairest way of taxing people.

stocks maybe not because everyone’s 401k is invested in it, but if a rich guy buys a mansion, a yacht, or a million dollar car, a percentage straight up goes to the government. if you have that money, you have to spend it. just charge everyone equally for it. I would exempt the essentials, like most states do with their sales tax.
FL only exempts parer goods at the grocery store. Yachts (Raymond Luxury aside) and private jets are not taxed at the same rate as a used car…again, not a solution, just a balance (the luxury yacht maint industry is not an economic driver)
There are enough Ultra Wealthy that, if taxed according to ability to pay, would make a huge dent in paying for all those poor people. End the problem? No, but make a real difference.
