Seemed odd that in a crucial moment when Denver was driving for the winning score, the camera view that was taking in Nix’s mouth moving in the huddle telling his team the play was immediately switched, but here at the very end when Stafford was giving the play in the huddle, the camera view not only didn’t change, but on the very last play, the camera zoomed right onto his mouth. I don’t think that could have been useful to the Broncos’ defense on the field, but it seemed strange to me that they seemed to not want to show one but definitely wanted to show the other.
The DPI on that Rams interception was pretty questionable, especially on replay, but hey, we’ve all been there done that. The NFL is hard to officiate and the potential for corruption is always a suspicion whether that’s involved or not. Too much money floating around the games to avoid the suspicions. Rams needed to play better. Nix can’t handle pressure and the Rams should have learned from the Chiefs game against them and sent pressure at a higher rate than you probably would have against other teams. Get after him…he doesn’t handle it well when he gets sped up or hit.
I like the Rams tonight, and not just so the Donks lose. I think they look better as a team. Coaching might be an issue, though; that Aussie game included a very bad judgement call. Travel fatigue’s a real thing.
Who would of thought we would go into the Raiders gaming thinking they might be the best team we’ve faced all year. Like yeah, we beat the Broncos, Colts and Dolphins but none of them were Da Raiders…
