Chiefs draw from a huge geographic footprint, and there's plenty of frustration from fans when Sunday games get flexed.
Let's hope the NFL won't force teams to play two home games on Thursday nights.

NFL confirms that moving forward there will now only be one “NFL Redzone” channel. That’s with Scott Hanson hosting.
DirectTV’s deal came to an end and that version of Redzone no longer exists.

Sources: The #Falcons are making another splash, as former #Ravens star Calais Campbell intends to sign a 1-year deal with them. The Pro Bowler and former Walter Payton Man of the year will lend leadership to a young team he believes in. And Atlanta adds — again — on defense.
While Calais Campbell had several options, he bought in to the vision of Atlanta coach Arthur Smith and GM Terry Fontenot. He’s been to a conference title game with a young team and young QB before (the #Jaguars), and perhaps there are some similarities.

The Chiefs received three compensatory picks in the upcoming draft (No. 100, No. 217 and No. 250) on Thursday, but that first pick (No. 100) was sent to New York in the Toney trade.
So, the Chiefs basically netted two comp picks. Their total number of selections is now 10.

It appears that today in Chiefs history got skipped. In 2016 the Chiefs were charged with tampering while pursuing Jeremy Maclin. Also, Thomas Jones was signed in 2010… He was best known for beating up our rookie receiver Jonathan Baldwin – who was best known for getting beat up cause he certainly wasn’t much of a receiver.
What the absolute finklestein is going on with these morning guys? FORGOT to do the History? Does our history mean NOTHING to you shlubs? Seriously, one more slip up like that and I writing to my Congressman.

Lewis spent four years with KC as their WRs coach and the last two as their RBs coach.

I’m a go with “stupidity” on this one …
People often think of a slap as more of a finger tip, soft hand type of thing, but in karate it’s a pretty powerful blow because you are using the base of your palm to strike with.. not much give there.

In fairness, a month ago we were three days away from winning the Super Bowl. Championship game stories were all over in the leadup to the Showdown in Glendale.

She saw her opportunity and she didn’t blow it.
Less talked about Donkey news. The donkeys did not tag Dre’mont Jones who led their team in sacks (6.5) last year and he is expected to sign elsewhere for big money.
The donkeys may be a 4 win team next year. Their defense will undoubtedly be worse. No real pass rush and new coordinator.
Their oline is a mess, their highly touted WRs have been meh, and it sounds like Javonte Williams rehab is not going good.
On the other side I do like their young TE. That is all.
