Gambling is the Pandora’s Box of the NFL. This particular story is just a small facet of why that is, but the sport will never be the same and eventually will not even be a sport in the normal sense. It will become a gladiator event awash with corruption and instead of a trophy, the annual goal of the games will only be about money. One can see it coming.

(Though I should point out that I agree with you… the moment gambling became legal en masse – i.e., outside of small-time office pools – was the moment that the death knell of “sports” as we know them sounded.)

So Nick Bosa is whining about our tackles? Good, keep whining all the way to the losers circle.

The comments on it were along the lines of already making excuses 10 days before the game… Of course, I heard our tackles lead the league in holding penalties.

Taylor Swift could make it to the Super Bowl from Tokyo. Finding private jet parking, that’s tricky

If Taylor Swift is jetting from her upcoming Tokyo concert to Las Vegas to see boyfriend Travis Kelce play in the Super Bowl the next day, she’d better already have a place to park her plane.

She should contact Gonzo, I’m sure he could arrange something. You know, make someone an offer they can’t refuse. 😉

There’s a lot going on in Vegas
Even more than usual. Earlier this week, the owner of the historic Tropicana Las Vegas hotel and casino said it would be torn down after six decades to make way for the new $1.5 billion stadium for Major League Baseball’s Oakland Athletics.
Meanwhile, this month’s Super Bowl is expected to help smash December’s record-setting ~$1.4 billion raked in by the city’s casinos. Brands are already wrapping entire buildings in ads: Doritos turned the Luxor’s pyramid facade into a chip
