Fairly low. I haven’t heard any reports of him wanting to abandon the position; there were some false reports ~a month ago that he had resigned, but those were proven fake.

Plus, going from the winningest football program in the world – at any level – to the Raiders would be akin to graduating with a PhD and enrolling in first grade.
