Injury Update: I’m getting surgery today. I was hoping to recover enough to get back for playoffs/Super Bowl but that didn’t happen. It’s time to address the issue. The recovery process isn’t too long, which is nice. Looking forward to a healthy 2021! #Chiefs #ChiefsKingdom

The Chiefs and @CityYearKC arranged a virtual tour of the @NLBMuseumKC for students at Central Middle School on Tuesday in celebration of Black History Month.

I know I shouldn’t laugh because people in Texas aren’t prepared for cold weather, but I can’t help it when they immediately lose their minds the moment it dips under 30. Meanwhile half of the country is below 0 currently.
I had a half an inch of ice on my driveway this morning. Snow I don’t mind, ice is freaking terrible.
Ya, we’re covered in ice as well, it’s still coming down pretty good… crazy cold for down here..

It rained here a couple of days ago.
Ours was all ice, as well. About .2″, which is a lot in ice terms. Walking the dog is an adventure. Almost makes me wish I was a cat person. Almost.
Yeah, we aren’t too far apart geographically. Was actually supposed to fly out of BWI yesterday, but it got cancelled. Obviously.
Have you ever seen a Texan drive on icy roads, is quite comical..
And they have cleared out the grocery stores again.. people are nuts…
Currently -8 in Denver. Feels like -20. Time to take the dog on a walk.
25 in Austin, not sure we will be back above freezing temps till Friday.
9° tonight with 7 to 8 inches of snow expected..wrapped by pipes outside yesterday for the 1st time ever..

Remember hearing this song on the radio once. ONCE, then for weeks nothing. Walking around a record store (remember those?), I was browsing the $3.99 section, and there the album sat. Hmmm. I’m cheap, I’ll wait until it hits the $1.99 cutout section. Two days later, they were everywhere. Couldn’t turn on the radio with hearing this or “Magic Man”. Album was full price the next week.
Record store? What is this thing you speak of. Loved the days of vinyl.
