In Arrowhead Guys’ effort to leave no Chiefs related stone unturned, we have uncovered a little gem on Youtube. It appeared some ace gamer had discovered the secret to unlocking Patrick Mahomes unworldly No Look Pass ability which we first shared here yesterday. It appears our mischievous Madden-tuber is at it again, this time with the jet sweep the Chiefs used twice successfully in their Week 1 beatdown of the San Angeles Chargers.
You got to get that play call right Coach Reid! Note the formation and execution are identical to the sweeps both D’Anthony Thomas and Tyreek Hill ran successfully against the Chargers in 2018.
Well look at that, Tyreek Hill rushing for touchdowns. I like where this is heading. I would also just like to take a moment to point out the similarities to the Chargers’ actual stadium…although I suspect there’s usually more Chiefs fans than that. Once they move to their new stadium I have no doubt this is about as well as Chargers fans will fill it:
If nothing else, its good to know the old play still works in case the Chiefs decide to run it fifteen times combined against the Chargers. Maybe by then they will have discovered the secret to stopping it. Doubtful, but in my quest for fair and objective journalism I’m compelled to mention it. No, I find it far more likely the Chargers will spend the entire offseason practicing against it only for Reid to go 2nd Level on them and roll out some new trickery to repeatedly embarrass them with. I for one am here for this.
Just for fun, how about a look at the Chiefs executing the RPO in Madden 20?
As always, Arrowhead Guys scours the internet for the content you want so that you don’t have to. Stay tuned to see what we uncover next.
