80 – D SNAPS!!
F*CK – extreme BIG BOY CARDIO
49 – is replacement for 22

ANDY – THX U
For NOT forcing snaps to 25

Tyrone

I still find it crazy that Fuller is now almost exclusively playing as a deep safety. I did notice at least once (maybe more) that he played a snap at CB. It’s very impressive what Spags is doing with the DBs. They’re moving around all over the place, almost all playing interchangeably and probably confusing the offenses as to what they’re doing.

I remember when Sutton was here, people talking about him liking versatile players. I never saw this sort of versatility from his players, and that includes the ones that played under both coaches.

I read somewhere that it’s because Spags treats the DBs like one unit.

Tyrone

He was seen often in training camp directly talking to and personally instructing players, which is more than was ever seen from Sutton.

once again it’s Daniel Sorensen Appreciation Week

as always, seems like our “second string” does a great job in limited snaps. Ragland, K.Saunders, Mike Pennel and DOD. Heard all their names at some point yesterday. They were flying around out there.

I feel like there is so much more to be learned that just raw snap counts. This just leads me to ask questions like: “what down and distance do players get in the game? does niemann play more in nickel? once Houston abandoned the run, did Hitch see the field?”

Looking a bit more, it looks like once we went up by a couple scores, Pennel, Nnadi and Hitchens were done for the day…maybe?

Tarkus

Those guys are better in run defense, so that would make some sense.

Dirty Dan with 100%. He was far from perfect, but dude made the plays that mattered the most. Feel bad for Shady, but I’m glad Reid isnt trying to force it for old times sake.

Perfect ! … Now “Borrow ” a few snaps from X. Williams & KPass & Insert C.Jones & We’re “Golden” !!! … : )

Niemann with more snaps than Hitch, woah.

Tarkus

Wow, Damien with all but two snaps. Considering we didn’t run much, no need to share the load, I guess.

He looked GREAT taking it to JJ!!

So shady did play. One snap. Interesting. Nice to see the online look solid in pass protection. Glad Wisniewski is starting.

Tarkus

I like Shady, but given the way that game went, I was scared to death he was going to come in and give the ball away, and give them back the momentum.

Pass protection was outstanding most of the game.

We’ll always have the kelce lateral to shady…

I bet Andy was thinking right along those lines. A turnover by Shady would be just the thing to let the Texans back in the game & Andy wasn’t havin’ it yesterday..

I really think Bienemy controlled more of the game than Andy. It’s just not like Andy to pour it on like that’. The no mercy once we were up was probably EB.

Tarkus

I think it was more Watson and those weapons on the other side. Reid knew he couldn’t afford to let up. And the times they did try to run did absolutely nothing, whereas the passing offense was having their way.

I think the even bigger key was the execution. I’ve seen plenty of other games where Reid called plays down the field, but the execution was poor, and then fans say he took his foot off the gas.
