The witching hour approaches, who knows what the Darkness holds? Aside from us, that is.

So, tonight there was football, and while it’s no replacement for watching the Chiefs, it was by all accounts better than, say, the Pro Bowl. So we have that going for us, which is nice.

But that’s not all that’s happening in the Great Beyond, so let us grab our refreshments and get down to the serious business of swapping stories and info. Music first, of course:

With that, time’s yours.

AC/DC fucking sucks.

(I also mean that wholeheartedly, I fucking hate the vocals in that garbage)

You, sir, do not rock.

You hate the vocals? Bon Scott or Brian Johnson?

I wonder if the AAF will expand to the point where every NFL team will have an AAF affiliate to help develop players. If CBS continues to broadcast games nationally I’m sure the league will make money. It’d be cool to have a Chiefs AAF affiliate in St. Louis or somewhere.

I wouldn’t mind if the newer leagues merged into one in an AFL/NFL deal that created a Minor League Football farm league. I’m wondering if we’ll see an increase in team numbers in the next few years.

Just looking at the TV schedule I would say there is already heavy NFL involvement. The week 2 through week 10 games each have prime time games on the NFL Network.
